Insights turns what you log into patterns. It starts out quiet and fills in as you use the app. These are your own patterns, never scores against anyone else, and nothing here is shared unless you choose to post it.
Open the Insights tab. The top of the screen can show a few cards, depending on what you've logged:
Below those are two cards that open the full views: Session Trends and Readiness Trends.
Good to know: if there's nothing to show yet, you'll see a gentle placeholder asking you to keep logging. That's normal at the start. It isn't an error.
Patterns only mean something with enough to compare, so some cards stay hidden or locked until you've logged enough. A locked card tells you how many more sessions to log.
| Card | What it needs |
|---|---|
| Session Trends | 5 logged sessions. |
| The headline pattern | At least 3 winning and 3 losing sessions that you've reviewed. |
| A habit taking shape | Your last 3 sessions in a row each have a review. |
| Look how far you've come | 10 or more sessions with a Readiness score, and a real improvement between your first few and your latest. |
| Readiness Trends | Even a single check-in. |
To feed Insights, do a check-in before you play and write a review after.
Good to know: Energy Drains is built from the answers you pick in your Post-Session Reviews, and Most Effective Coping comes from the strategies you said worked. A section only appears once you have something to put in it.
Good to know: Environment is the same 1 to 10 answer from the check-in, where a higher number means you felt more comfortable. Avg Environment in Session Trends averages the same answers.
