You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or use DealtIn™. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts if we have reason to believe the user is under 18.
DealtIn™ is a community app and performance toolkit built to support neurodivergent poker players. We provide tools for session tracking, sensory management, and community discussion. We believe that an intentional, low-stress approach to poker benefits all players, and we welcome anyone looking to improve their mental game through our structure. We are not a gambling platform—no money changes hands through DealtIn™.
You own your content. By posting to the community, you grant DealtIn™ a license to display it within the app. You can delete your posts at any time. When you delete your account, your content is removed as part of the deletion process after the 45-day grace period.
DealtIn™'s tools (grounding exercises, sensory coping suggestions, check-ins) are wellness aids, not medical treatment. They are not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in crisis, please contact a mental health professional or crisis hotline.
We built DealtIn™ to be in your corner when you're at the table, and we do everything we can to keep the app running smoothly 24/7. However, just like players need breaks, technology sometimes needs a moment to recharge, update, or undergo maintenance.
While we can't promise 100% uninterrupted uptime, we promise to do our best to schedule planned updates during quiet hours and give you a heads-up whenever possible. If an unexpected glitch happens, please know our team is on it, working to get your toolkit back in your hands as quickly as we can.
You can request account deletion at any time from your profile. Once requested, your account is scheduled for removal and you have 45 days to change your mind by contacting [email protected]. After 45 days, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
