What We Collect

DealtIn™ collects only what is needed to provide the service:

• Email address - used for login
• Display name - shown in the community
• Phone number (optional) - for SMS login codes via Twilio
• Neurodivergent identity tags (optional) - encrypted at rest, never shared publicly
• Session logs, check-ins, and reviews - your poker session data, stored for your use only
• Community posts and comments - content you choose to share publicly

How We Protect Your Data

• Sensitive fields (neurodivergent identity tags, energy levels, emotional states, coping notes) are encrypted at rest
• All traffic is encrypted in transit via HTTPS (Cloudflare)
• Passwordless login codes by default - you can optionally set a password, which is stored as a secure hash and never in plain text
• Login codes expire after 10 minutes

What We Never Do

• Sell or share your data with third parties
• Show advertising
• Track you across other apps or websites
• Use your data for AI training

Data Export & Deletion

You can export all your data at any time from your profile. You can request account deletion at any time. When you request deletion, your account is scheduled for removal and you have 45 days to change your mind by contacting support. After 45 days, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted.

Third-Party Services

• Cloudflare - CDN and DDoS protection
• Twilio - SMS delivery for login codes (only if you opt in to text-based login)
