What We Collect

DealtIn™ collects only what is needed to provide the service:

Email address - used for login
Display name - shown in the community
Phone number (optional) - for SMS login codes via Twilio
Session logs, check-ins, and reviews - your poker session data, stored for your use only
Community posts and comments - content you choose to share publicly
Subscription status - so the app knows what to unlock for you: whether you're on a free trial or an active subscription. Payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we never see or store your card or bank details
Founding member applications - if you apply to be a founding member, we collect your name, email, which platform you'd test on, your country, and how you play, so we can plan the test. Telling us whether you're neurodivergent is optional, and that answer is encrypted

Age

DealtIn™ is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Where We Operate

DealtIn™ is currently intended for users in the United States and Canada. Our service providers are also based in the United States, so your data is stored and processed there. We may open the app to other regions in the future.

How We Protect Your Data

Sensitive fields (energy levels, emotional states, coping notes) are encrypted at rest
All traffic is encrypted in transit via HTTPS (Cloudflare)
Passwordless login codes by default - you can optionally set a password, which is stored securely and never in plain text
Login codes expire after 10 minutes

What We Never Do

Sell your data, or share it with third parties for their own marketing
Show advertising
Track you across other apps or websites
Use your data for AI training

Data Export & Deletion

You can export all your data at any time from your profile. You can also request account deletion at any time. Canceling a subscription is not the same as deleting your account. If you stop paying, nothing is deleted; your account and data stay with you, and you can still view, export, and delete your own information at any time.

When you request account deletion, there's a 45-day grace period during which you can change your mind by emailing [email protected]; after that, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted. If you still have paid subscription time left, your access continues until it runs out and the 45-day period begins after that. See our Terms for the full timeline.

Third-Party Services

We rely on a few service providers so the app can work. They may only use what we share to provide their service to us, never for their own purposes. We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Cloudflare - CDN and DDoS protection, and the "confirm you're human" check on our founding member form
SMTP2GO - delivers the emails we send you, such as login codes and application confirmations
Twilio - SMS delivery for login codes (only if you opt in to text-based login)
RevenueCat - manages your subscription status and validates purchases
Apple App Store / Google Play - process subscription payments, renewals, and cancellations under their own rules; we never receive your payment details
