Open DealtIn™, go to Profile, and tap Delete Account. This starts the deletion process right away from your own device.
Email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. Include your display name if you remember it, so we can find your account faster.
There's a 45-day grace period after a deletion request, during which you can change your mind by emailing [email protected]. After that, your account and all associated data (sessions, check-ins, journal entries, community posts, and profile info) are permanently deleted. If you have paid subscription time remaining, your access continues until it runs out, and the 45-day period begins after that.
Canceling a subscription is not the same as deleting your account. If you stop paying, nothing is deleted; your data stays with you until you choose to delete it.
